Plk1在急性白血病患者中的表达及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 Plk-1（Polo-like kinase 1）是一种高度保守的丝氨酸／苏氨酸激酶，在大多数人类肿瘤中高表达，针对Plk1 mRNA的反义寡核苷酸治疗实验证实对多种肿瘤有效旧。。目前有关Plk-1肿瘤相关性研究主要局限于实体瘤，在白血病等血液系统恶性肿瘤中的表达水平尚不明确。我们采用细胞免疫组化结合激光共聚焦显微镜技术对30例不同类型急性白血病患者骨髓和（或）外周血标本及K562细胞系Plk-1的表达水平及细胞内分布模式进行了研究。
