摘要
目的探讨丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(STK15)蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达,以及与临床病理指标的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学检测STK15在102例手术切除结肠癌的肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中的表达,并分析肿瘤组织中STK15表达与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。结果STK15在结肠癌组织中的阳性率为44.12%(45/102),明显高于癌旁组织2.94%(3/102,P<0.01);STK15蛋白过表达与结肠癌分化密切相关(P<0.05),与其他临床病理指标无关。结论STK15蛋白过表达程度可望作为判定结肠癌分化程度的新指标。
Objective To identify the expression of serine/threonine kinase15（STK15） in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with the clinicopathological parameters. Methods STK15 expression in tumor tissues and its adjacent tissues of 102 colorectal carcinoma samples were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between STK15 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed by statistics. Results The positive rate of STK15 expression in colorectal carcinoma tissue was 44. 12% （45/102）, significantly higher than that in adjacent noncancerous tissue（2. 94%, 3/102,P（0. 01）, STK15 protein overexpression level was closely related to tumor differentiation（P〈0.05） but not to other clinicopathological parameters. Conclusion STK15 protein overexpression may be a novel marker for diagnosing tumor differentiation of colorectal cancer.
