摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术治疗手部关节损伤的方法及临床疗效。方法2002年1月至2004年1月，共收治手部关节损伤患者8例10指，均采用人工关节置换术治疗。结果术后随访2～4年，按顾玉东等的疗效评定标准评价，优5指，良3指，可2指。结论人工关节置换术治疗手部关节损伤疗效可靠，是一种较好的方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of joint injury in hand with prosthetic replacement. Methods From January 2002 to January 2004, eight patients with joint injury in hand were treated by joint prosthetic replacement. Joint motion range and postoperative pain in all cases were measured to evaluate the treatment. Results The followed up time was from 2 years to 4 years with an average time 3.2 years. According to assessment standard described by Gu, treatment outcome was excellent in 5 fingers, good in 2 fingers,general in 3 fingers. Conclusion Joint prosthetic replacement is an effective method to treat joint injury in hand.
