摘要
研究了用H2SO4溶液浸渍处理T iO2-WO3,制备SO24-/T iO2-WO3催化剂的方法;考察了该催化剂对邻硝基苯酚的光催化氧化性能。T iO2-WO3的最佳处理工艺条件:H2SO4浓度为0.2m o l/L,WO3加入量为3%,于550℃焙烧3h。实验结果表明,反应30m in后SO24-/T iO2-WO3催化剂可使邻硝基苯酚降解97%;邻硝基苯酚的光催化氧化降解过程遵循一级动力学规律。
The method for preparation of SO4^2-/TiO2-WO3 catalyst by dip treating TiO2-WO3 in HE SO4 solution was studied. The photocatalytic oxidation activity of this catalyst to o-nitrophenol was investigated. The optimum process conditions are : H2 SO4 concentration 0.2 mol/L, WO3 doping content 3% and calcinating at 550 ℃ for 3 h. The experimental results indicate that the SO2-/TiO2-WO3 catalyst can degrade 97% of o-nitrophenol after 30 min and the degradation of o-nitropheno approximately follows the rule of first order kinetics.
