摘要 综述了几种在昆虫学研究中常用的分子标记,包括随机扩增多态性(RAPD)、限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)、微卫星(SSR)、小卫星(M inisatellites)、DNA测序及单核苷酸多态性(SNP)。对各类分子标记的原理进行了简要的介绍,并对其在应用上的优缺点进行了分析。分别列举了近年来各类分子标记在昆虫学研究中的实例,对其在昆虫学中的应用作了进一步的阐明。 This paper summarizes several molecular markers frequently applied in entomological research, including Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD), Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism( RFLP), Microsatellites(SSR), Minisatellites, DNA sequencing and Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(SNP), gives a brief introduction to their principles, and analyses their merits and demerits. Also some examples have been presented and further interpretation has been made on the application.
