摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是累及女性的一种最常见的激素紊乱性疾病。该病对患者一生的生殖、代谢、呼吸、消化、心血管及血液系统都有严重的影响。该文就多囊卵巢综合征的病因、发病率及诊断、引发的相关疾病,如：糖尿病及糖耐量异常、非酒精性脂肪肝、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、癌症、对血小板的影响、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病的研究进展进行综述。
Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is one of the most common hormonal disorders of women. It is demonstrated that the disease seriously affect the reproducetive, metabolic, respireatory, digestive, cardiovascular, and hematological systems of women throughout her life. This article reviewed progress in research on etiology, morbidity, diagnosis, associated diseases such as diabetes mellitus and glucose tolerance abnormality, non-alcoholic fatty liver, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, cancer, thrombocytopathy, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease.
