摘要
目的评价赤雹果不同提取物的镇痛活性,筛选镇痛活性强的提取物,为进一步提取和分离其镇痛活性部位或成分提供依据。方法采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法对赤雹果石油醚提取物(F1)、醋酸乙酯提取物(F2)、正丁醇提取物(F3)、乙醇提取物(F4)和水提取物(F5)的镇痛活性进行了比较研究。结果所用的5种赤雹果提取物对2种疼痛模型均有一定的镇痛作用,对小鼠扭体反应的抑制率依次为:F553.6%,F339.4%,F436.3%,F234.6%,F119.0%;在小鼠热板实验,痛阈提高率依次为:F554.6%,F442.9%,F315.6%,F213.0%,F19.1%。结论赤雹果5种提取物均有不同程度的镇痛活性,其中F5镇痛活性最强;F4和F3也有一定的镇痛活性,F2和F1的镇痛活性较弱,结果提示赤雹果镇痛活性物质主要存在于F5,其次是F4和F3。
Objective To evaluate the analgesic activity of the 5 extracts of the fruits of Thladiantha dubia Bunge and find out the strongest one from 5 extracts, to provide the foundation for further extracting and separating analgesic activity fraction or components. Methods The analgesic activity of 5 extracts extracted by petroleumetter ( F1 ) ,ethyl acetate ( F2 ), N-butanol ( F3 ) ,ethanol (F4) and water(F5 ) respectively were evaluated by the classical writhing test , hot plate test (55℃) in mice. Results In the 2 pain models, the 5 extracts all have different analgesic activity. In the writhing test, inhibited rate of the number of writhing was F553.6%, F339.4%, F436.3%, F234.6%, F1 19.0%, respectively. In the hot plate test, pain threshold value was F5 54.6%, F442. 9% ,F315.6%, F213.0%, F19.1% respectively. Conclusion The 5 extracts of the fruits of Thladiaraha dubia Bunge all have different analgesic activity and analgesic activity of F5 is the strongest ; F4 and F3 also have certain analgesic activity ; analgesic activity of F2 and F1 is less strong. The results show that analgesic activity substance mainly consists in F5 , and then in F4 and F3.
