摘要
目的:探讨音乐、心理、一体化团队在糖尿病(DM)治疗中的疗效。方法:对120例DM患者进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、DM控制状况评价量表(CSSD70)、DM生活质量测评量表(QOL)测试,其中60例将音乐治疗、心理干预融入DM治疗团队,观察两组治疗后血糖、血压、糖化血红蛋白(GH-bA1c)等值变化。结果:一体化团队治疗后各项指标较对照组明显下降。结论:DM一体化团队治疗,可改善临床症状,提高生活质量。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of music therapy etc in treatment of diabetes patients. Method： 120 cases with DM were interviewed and analyzed by SDS, SAS and Diabetes Quality -of- Life Scale（QOL）. Patients in therapy group were given music therapy, psychological intervention and diabetes team treatment. The patients in control group were only given diabetes drug and diet treatment. Result： The level of blood glucose at fasting and 2 hours, TC, TG,HDL, LDL, GHbAlc, SBP were reduced in both groups after treatment, but there was significant difference between the study group and control group. Conclusion： Music therapy ,psychological intervention and diabetes team treatment were deserved be recommended.
