摘要
目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D3]水平及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法选取妊娠期在我院妇产科体检正常的40例孕妇为对照组,确诊为糖尿病的40例孕妇为治疗组。采用酶联免疫法测定80例孕妇血清25(OH)D3水平及相关糖脂代谢指标。结果治疗组与对照组TC、HDL-C、TG、LDL-C及FBG等值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组FINS、25(OH)D3、HOMA-IR均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),HOMA-IR与血清25(OH)D3呈负相关(r=﹣0.9879,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的血清25(OH)D3水平与IR具有相关性,补充VD可在一定程度对IR产生抑制作用。
Objective To study the relationship of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25（OH）D3] levels with insulin resistance（IR） in gestational diabetes patients.Methods The physical examination of 40 cases of pregnant women who were selected as the control group was normal in our Hospital maternity,40 cases of pregnant women who were diagnosed with diabetes for the treatment group.serum 25（OH）D3 levels、glucose and lipid metabolism indicators were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The difference of values of TC,HDL-C,TG,LDL-C and FBG between the treatment group and control group was not statistically significant（P＆gt; 0.05）;FINS,25（OH）D3,HOMA-IR in treatment group were significantly higher than in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.HOMA-IR and serum 25（OH）D3 were negatively correlated（r =-0.9879,P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Serum 25（OH）D3 levels and IR are closely related in gestational diabetes patients.VD supplements to some extent inhibited IR.
