摘要
探讨术中超声在肝肿瘤手术中的临床应用价值。对106例肝脏肿瘤患者,术中采用7．5MHz的超声探头,直接在肝脏表面按次序、全方位对肝脏内结构进行扫查。术中超声在106例肝脏肿瘤应用中,对找到和发现新的微小病灶有明显优越性,直径小于2cm小肿瘤检出率达99％,大于2cm的肿瘤检出率达100％。引导切除肝深部的微小病灶具有独特作用。术中超声扫查定位准确,提高手术安全性、彻底性,弥补术前影像检查的不足,达到提高手术疗效的目的。
To summarized the clinical value of intraoperative ultrasound in liver tumor surgery. The prober （7.5MHz） was used in operation to detect the liver in 106 patients with liver tumor. The intraoperative ultrasound showed obvious advantages for small focus. It could detect 99% tumors whose diameters were less than 2 cm and detect 100% tumors whose diameters were larger than 2 cm. Small focuses were taken out clearly guided by the intraoperative ultrasound. Intraoperative ultrasound can locate the focus accurately, improve surgery safety and make the operation more radical. It can overcome the weakness of the properative image examination.
