摘要
术中超声以其无创、方便、高敏感性及特异性,已成为肝胆外科医师手术中非常重要的辅助检查工具。然而我国肝胆外科医师缺乏应有的术中超声扫描训练,往往依赖于超声科医师,以至于此项技术在术中的作用被弱化。文章通过介绍术中超声在肝胆外科的应用价值,强调培养和提高肝胆外科研究生运用术中超声能力的重要性。
With non-invasiveness, convenience, excellent sensitivity and specificity, intraoperative ultrasonography has been a very important guide for hepatobiliary surgeons. Due to lack of training of intraoperative ultrasound, many Chinese hepatobiliary surgeons have to rely on radiologist when intraoperative ultrasound scan is needed, which leads to the limited use of this useful examination for intrahepatic lesions. The article introduces application of intraoperative ultrasonography in hepatobiliary surgery, emphasizes the importance of training of this technique for hepatobbiliary postgraduate trainees.
