摘要
为了进一步降低建筑的能耗,提高室内环境的舒适程度,我们有必要开展低能耗、高舒适的住宅研究。首先提出我国目前节能住宅研究和设计中存在的一些问题,介绍欧美等国家在低能耗住宅方面的要求以及研究、实践经验。通过对比分析提出我国低能耗住宅的要求和适用的建筑技术方法。
In order to further Improve the interior thermal environment and reduce the energy use for heating and cooling In houses, it is necessary to study how to get the house with low energy and high comfort. This paper firstly informs about some problems in the energy efficiency house in China nowadays, and then introduces the standard codes for low energy house （LEH） and some advanced technology and strategies for low energy house in Europe. In the end, with the comparison analysis, the author puts forward the energy use limitation and the suitable architectural strategies for the low energy house in China.
