摘要
目的 建立ZL-Ⅰ胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸（三乙胺调pH6．0）（38：62），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为35℃，检测波长为280nm。结果 延胡索乙素在5．04～50．4μg·mL^-1线性关系良好，r=0．9995，平均回收率为98．0％，RSD为1．8％。结论 方法简便、准确，重现性好，可作为ZL-Ⅰ胶囊质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in ZL- Ⅰ capsules. METHODS An HPLC method was used with Kromasil C18 （200 mm ×4.6mm,5μm） column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution （adjusted the pH to 6.0 with triethylamine） （38 ： 62）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the column temperature was 35℃, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within 5.04～50.4μg·mL^-1 of tetrahydropalmatine, and the average recovery was 98. 0 % （RSD= 1.8 %）. CONCLUSIONS This method is convenient, accurate and reproducible for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in ZL-Ⅰcapsules.
