摘要
应用双波长薄层扫描法测定胆宝合剂中的延胡索乙素的含量,方法可靠,重现性好,灵敏度高。平均回收率为100.62％,RSD为1.66％(n=8)。
The dual wcwelength TLC-Scanning(TLCS) method was developped for the determination of dl-tetrahydropalmatine content in Danbao mixture,The method was reliable . It also showed high sensitivity and good reproducibilty. The recovery rate of the added sample was 100. 62% and RSD 1. 66%.
