摘要
欧洲传统道路网形制因具有窄路幅、高密度、小街区、高连通性等特点,被欧洲等地的实践证明不但适应低速交通需求和小城镇发展,而且能够满足大城市的发展要求和应对机动交通的挑战。这也是在汽车交通高度发展的背景下,欧洲城市的城市肌理和结构能够延续至今并保存良好的重要原因。
The formation of the traditionat road network in Europe is proved by practice in Europe to be not only fit for low-speed traffic and small town development, but also able to meet the demand by large cities for development and challenge by motor traffic, That is also a kay reason why the urban texture and structure in Europe can continue to exist up till now and are in good condition.
