摘要
对采自青岛一养鲍池中的单胞藻天敌—具沟急游虫(隶属纤毛门,寡毛目)的摄食和生态习性,对盐度、pH值的忍受限,与海生残沟虫、细菌及小球藻的关系做了初步探讨。研究同时还对其活体形态学及纤毛图式进行了观察和揭示,探讨了其分类地位。
Ecological and morphological studies on the harmful ciliate, Strombidium sulcatum Claparède & Lachmann, 1858 (Ciliophora, Oligotrichida) were carried out with respect to the relationship to the flagellate Oxyrrhis marina under different food and ecological conditions, and the tolerance to the salinity and the pH. The results revealed that O. marina could survive longer than S. sulcatum when feeding on bacteria or Chlorella sp., but the latter survived longer when feeding on bacteria rather than Chlorella. The tolerance of the ciliate to salinity was between 13 and 58, and pH between 6.3 and 9.8. The generation time of S. sulcatum during asexual reproduction was about 5.7 hours at the temperature of 25℃. Additionally, the morphology and taxonomic position of the ciliate and its synonym are presented and discussed in this paper.
