摘要
竞争的加剧迫使企业必须通过企业间的合作学习进行知识的快速积累以实现企业自身的技术创新。在分析了目前企业实践以及理论研究中存在问题的基础上,提出了一个研究框架,分析合作学习对突变创新和渐进创新的影响以及不同控制方式在实现企业创新过程中的不同作用,并结合中国转型经济的特点揭示了研究结果的管理意义。
One of the main reasons that firms participate in alliances is to learn know- how and realize their technical innovation. In our research, we proposed a framework to analyze the relationship between cooperative learning, control mechanisms and technical innovation. The result show that cooperative learning and social control mechanism favor the radical innovation and market control favor the incremental innovation.
