摘要
目的:探讨颅脑外伤伤情与伤后不同时间血糖的变化规律。方法:雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为轻型、中型、重型颅脑伤,对照及假手术组共5组,采用液压致伤装置,制作大鼠颅脑伤模型。除对照组与假手术组外,全部大鼠分别在伤后6,24,72h处死,测定血糖含量。结果:假手术组大鼠血糖含量与对照组无显著差异;轻、中、重型颅脑伤组大鼠伤后血糖含量均显著升高,在伤后6h内达高峰,此后逐步降低,但重型颅脑伤大鼠在72h因脑水肿继发颅内压升高致血糖再次升高。从伤情来看,伤情愈重,血糖升高愈显著。结论:颅脑伤可导致血糖变化及血糖调节异常。
Objective:To study the changes of blood sugar level at the different time and severity after craniocerebral injury.Methods:80 male rats were devided into 5 groups including three groups of craniocerebral injury(light,mild,severe),false operation and control ones.All rats were killed during 6,24,72 h after injury and their blood sugar levels were determined immediately except false and control groups.Results:Blood sugar levels were markedly increased in 3 groups of craniocerebral injury animals 6 h after injury,and progressively decreased from 6 to 72 h after injury except the severe group and increased again at the time of 72 h,indicating that brain edema or high intracranial pressure could affect the blood sugar level.The more severe the injury was,the higher blood sugar level.There were no marked changes for false operational groups animals.Conclusion:Craniocerebral injury may induce the changes of blood sugar and its abnormal regulation.
