摘要
利用植物油为基础油合成了一种含硼润滑添加剂,按GB 3142-90测试了该润滑剂的极压抗磨性能,探讨了该润滑添加剂的极压抗磨作用机制,同时测定了其防锈性、生物降解性等。结果表明:这种润滑添加剂具有优良的减摩抗磨、防锈和生物降解性,属于环境友好型绿色润滑添加剂。
A kind of boron lubrication additive was made by castor oil. According to GB 3142-90 ,extreme pressure resistance to abrasion of this additive was tested, the mechanism of resistance to abrasion was studied, and the properties of antirust and biodegradation were tested. The results show that this addition has good resistance to abrasion, antirust and biodegradation. It is a pollution-free lubricating additive.
