摘要
CIO的出现标志着信息技术已成为一个公司或企业的核心技术,标志着信息资源已成为一种等价于资本和人力的战略资源。文章分析了我国CIO发展过程中出现的一些问题,给出我国CIO发展的几点建议:建立健全法律政策体系;建立完整的管理和组织机构;加强学习,提高CIO自身的领导能力、沟通能力和协调能力;熟悉具体业务,保护和利用企业的信息资源;加大对CIO的宣传力度,推进CIO的成熟发展。
The appearance of CIO symbolizes IT has been a core technology in a corporation or enterprise, and IR has been a strategic resource which is equivalent to capital and manpower. This article analyzes a series of questions in the progress of CIO＇s evolution in China,and proposes some strategies of CIO＇s survival and development, such as strengthening the system of laws and policies ; building up the integrated framework of management and organizations ; improving CIO＇s capabilities of guidance, communication and coordination ; knowing well their operation, protecting and utilizing IR in the corporation ; propagandizing widely incidence of CIO, and boosting the development of CIO healthily.
