摘要
中国经济要实现跨越式发展,绝不能模仿西方发达国家高物质消耗和环境破坏的传统增长模式。应当利用知识经济时代全球化资源配置方式和后起国优势,走出一条崭新的人本经济增长道路,以高素质的人而不是物的生产作为经济增长的中心。这是一条将人的发展与经济、环境、制度相统一的可持续发展之路,也是我国经济增长的根本道路。
The great-leap-forward development of Chinese economy cannot imitate the traditional growth pattern in the western developed countries which was based on high consumption of materials and the environment destruction. Through globalization of resource distribution in knowledge economy age and advantage of the promising countries, China should construct a new man-based economic growth mode, in which the focus is not the material production but the man of high quality. This is a way of the sustainable development, the fundamentality way to China＇s economic growth, in which human development and the economy, the environment, the system are integrated.
