摘要
经济增长方式的根本转变则是实现全面建设小康社会这一目标的重要保障。我国的经济增长方式存在着许多问题,严重制约着全面建设小康社会的进程。要顺利实现全面建设小康社会的目标,必须实现经济增长方式的根本转变:由粗放型增长向集约型增长转变,由以“物”为本的增长方式转向以“人”为本的经济增长方式。
The ultimate transformation of the e conomic growth mode is an important g uarantee of realizing the target of building an all -round well -off society.Many problems existing in our country' s economic growth mode restrict severally the progress of building an all -round well -off society.And in order to sm oothly realize the target of buildin g an all -round well -off society,our country must realize the ultimate transform ation of the economic growth mode:th e transfor-mation from the extensive growth mod e into the intensive growth mode and f rom the material -based growth mode i nto the people -based growth mode.
