摘要 目的:建立人成骨细胞离体培养技术。方法:取健康儿童骨科手术时髂骨松质骨,采用蛋白酶分次消化法分离成骨细胞,采用形态学和碱性磷酸酶染色和定量测定鉴定。结果:实验中得到的人成骨细胞纯度高,性状良好。结论:蛋白酶分次消化法处理人髂骨松质骨可以得到纯度高、性状好的成骨细胞。 Objective:To study the way of culture human osteoblasts in vitro from ilium. Metbods:Osteoblasts are isolated by sequential enzyme digestion from iliae spongy bone of a child. The morphology is researched, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) is researched by eytoehemieal staining and quantity measurement. Results:The osteoblasts isolateded from human ilium were pureful and active. Conclusion:Pureful and active human osteoblasts can be obtained from ilium by sequential enzyme digestion.
