摘要
以磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和乙二醇反应合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛。系统考察了醛醇物质量比,催化剂用量,以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定的适宜工艺条件为n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷12 mL,反应时间45 m in。在此反应条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达79.0%。该催化剂具有用量少、反应时间短、催化活性高、无环境污染等优点。
H3PW6Mo6O40/PAn was used as catalyst for synthesizing benzaldehyde glycol acetal from benzaldehyde and glycol. Under the optimum conditions,that the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to glycol is 1/1.4,the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants is 0. 8% ,and the reaction time is 45 min,the yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal is 79. 0%. This catalyst has many advantages, such as low catalyst dosage, short reaction time ,high activity and pollution-free to the environment.
