摘要
以磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,通过丁醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。考察了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂量及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响,确定适宜反应条件为:n(丁醛):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.6,催化剂量为反应物料总质量的1.2%,用环己烷作带水剂,反应时间1.0h。在此反应条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛收率可达95.6%。
Butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized by means of the reaction of butyraldehyde with 1,2-propanediol using H3PW+Mo+O40/PAn as catalyst.The influence of the molar ratio ofbutyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol, catalyst content and reaction time on the product yield was investigated.lt was defined that the optimum conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.6,the mass ratio of catalyst to the reactants is 1.2%, cyclohexane is water entraining agent, and the reaction time is 1.0 h.The yield of butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal is 95.6% under these conditions.
