摘要
加入WTO后的中国企业,不应该将SA8000视为蓝色贸易壁垒,而是应将其视为产业升级的契机,推动企业的更新,构筑以SA8000体系为基础的人力资源管理制度,最终提升自身的竞争实力。本文提出建立基于SA8000体系为基础的现代人力资源管理制度的基本平台,建立基于胜任能力的人力资源管理机制,建立基于文化认同的能力提升机制。
With the joining of WTO, the Chinese businesses should not look the SASO00 as blue trade barriers, on the contrary, they should look it as the opportunity to fuel the business upgrade and improve the competitive competency. The businesses should develop the modem human resource management system based on SASO00 system, develop the human resource management mechanism based upon employee's competency, and develop the competency improvement mechanism based upon culture identifying.
