摘要
试验研究了碳源、氮源、琼脂、天然物质在桦褐孔菌菌丝体液体培养基中的配比。结果表明:培养基配方以葡萄糖20.0 g/L、淀粉50.0 g/L、蛋白胨3.5 g/L、KH2PO43.0 g/L、MgSO41.5 g/L为最佳,菌丝生物量达0.181 2 g/100 mL。在最佳培养基配方基础上,桦褐孔菌菌丝体摇床培养5 d、培养液装量为容器的1/3时菌丝体生物量达到最大值,为0.041 4 g/50 mL。
The effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, agar, natural substance, culture time and volume of culture solution on liquid culture of lnonotus obliquus were studied. The results indicated that the most suitable culture medium was glucose 20.0 g/L, starch 50.0 g/L,peptone 3.5 g/L, KH2PO4 3.0 g/L and MgS04 1.5 g/L.The biomass of dry mycelium was 0.181 2 g/100mL. When the culture medium was optimum, culture time was 5 days,and the volmne of culture solution was 1/3, the biomass of mycelium reached the highest, 0.041 4 g/50mL
