介绍了沉降观测的时间、观测点、精度及计算等方面的基本要求，阐述了具体施测程序和步骤，并提出了观测中的注意事项，以提高沉降观测质量，为以后的勘察、设计、施工提供参考。
Specifications on time, observation point, accuracy, calculation and other aspects in settlement observation of high-rise building are introduced. Practical observation program and steps are also presented as well as points for attention in order to improve settlement observation quality and provide references for survey, design and construction.
