阐述了沉降观测中对仪器设备、人员素质、观测点、观测时间、观测精度、观测结果等方面的基本要求，介绍了具体的施测程序及步骤，并对观测中的注意事项进行了论述，体现沉降观测技术在高层建筑施工中的重要作用。
This paper illustrates basic requirement of apparatus and facilities, quality of personnel, observation point, time of observation, observational accuracy and observation result in settlement observation, introduces concrete process and steps of the observation, and discusses at- tentions should be noticed in the observation, which to show the important function of settlement observation technique in high-rise building construction.
