摘要
目的:制定天麻首乌胶囊的质量标准。方法:用高效液相色谱法对天麻首乌胶囊中天麻素进行了定性鉴别,并对多项药材进行了薄层定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法对何首乌中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进行了含量测定。结果:回归方程为A=104277.11C+820.84,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.44%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本方法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,可作为天麻首乌胶囊的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE To established a quality control method for Tianmashouwu capsules. METHODS Chromatographic methods were used for identification and assay. RESUL＇IS The linear correlation equations were A = 104277. 11C＋ 820. 84, r = 0. 999 9, the average recoveries were 99.44%, RSD 1.67%. CONCLUSION The determination method is precise, and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of the Tianmashouwu capsules.
