摘要
目的 :建立中药何首乌专属性成分的测定方法。方法 :应用低压柱色谱法 ,从中分离得到羟芪衍生物—2 ,3 ,5 ,4′ -四羟基二苯乙烯 - 2 -O - β -D -葡萄糖苷 ,并以此对照建立了测定方法。 结果 :采用C18色谱柱 ,2 5 %乙腈为流动相 ,3 2 0nm检测。线性关系考察 ,回归方程为 :Y =10 2 4 0 4 +15 880 84 61X ,r =0 9999。加样回收率平均值为 99 76% ,RSD =1 2 2 % (n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、灵敏、专属性强 。
Objective:A stilbene derivative,2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2- O -β- D -glycoside was separated from Radix Polygoni Multiflori by vacuum chromatographic method.And then the HPLC method for determining the content in crude drug was set up.Method:Using octadecyl silyl bonded silica gel as the stationary phase and 25% acetonitrile as mobile phase,with detection at 320 nm.Results:Calibration equation was Y=1 024 04+1 588 084 61X,r=0 999 9. The recovery was 99 76%, RSD =1 22%( n =5).Conclusion:This method is simple,specific,and provides an efficient method for the quality evaluation of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and its preparation.
