摘要
主要介绍了在咪鲜安合成中使用固体光气取代光气的合成新方法。以2,4,6-三氯苯酚为起始原料,通过依次与1,2-二氯乙烷、正丙胺、固体光气、咪唑反应,得到含量大于97%的咪鲜安原药。
Prochloraz is a kind of germicide of imidazole. It was produced by the chemical reaction of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol as an orginal material, reacted with 1,2-dichloroethane, propylamine, bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate and imidazole one by one. The new method of using bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate to instead phosgene was introduced.
