摘要
从鳞芽培养、胚培养、愈伤组织培养、叶柄、叶片、上胚轴和枝条培养、花药与花粉培养和生根培养等几个方面论述了牡丹离体培养的研究现状,探讨了牡丹组织培养当前研究中存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。
The research development of Paeonia spp, propagation in vitro was reviewed, including bulbils culture, tembryo culture, callus culture, epicotyl culture, stam culture and so on. Main problems in current studies were analyzed, and the development direction for the future was discussed.
