摘要
介绍了公共安全管理对社会和谐发展的促进作用。首先,给出了新时期公共安全管理的定义方式,并通过定义,分析出公共安全管理的时代特征。其次,分析介绍了我国目前在公共安全管理方面存在的主要问题,并重点指出加强公共安全管理的途径。最后,作者借助两个通俗的理论强调了在加强公共安全管理过程中应注意的问题。
Promoting function of public safety management to society is introduced. First, a definition of the public safety management in new period is given and its characteristic is pointed out. Second, the problems which exist in current public safety management is analyzed and the path of strengthening the public safety management is indicated. Finally, with the help of two popular theories, what should be noticed in the process of strengthening the public safety management is emphasized.
