摘要
20世纪60年代以后,韩国逐渐建立起一种紧密型的政企关系。这种紧密型的政企关系对韩国的经济发展起到过积极的促进作用,但也存在着不少缺陷和问题。亚洲金融危机爆发后,韩国对其紧密型政企关系进行了改革,并取得了较明显的效果。韩国政企关系的研究对中国的政企关系改革具有很大的启示。
After the 1960s, South Korea has gradually established a kind of tightly-knit relationship between government and business. This kind of relationship has been playing a positive role in driving South Korea＇s economic development, however, it also has many problems. After the Asian financial crisis, South Korea has conducted a reform and realized obvious effect. The research on Korean government-business relationship has significant inspiration to the reform of Chinese government-business relationship.
