摘要
目的观察参麦注射液用于治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法通过对162例心绞痛患者随机按2∶1分为两组,分别应用参麦注射液和丹参注射治疗1个疗程,观察患者临床症状和心电图改善情况。结果治疗组与对照组比较有明显差异性,前者对缺血性心脏病心绞痛有良好治疗效果。结论参麦注射液是治疗心绞痛的一种有效药物。
Objective To observe the curative effect by using shenmai injection on angina pectoris. Methods To divide 162 angina pectoris patients randomly into 2 groups with proportion of 2： 1 by using shenmai injection and sdnshen injection respectively for one treatment, then observe the symptom and the change of ECG of the patients. Results There is a great difference between the therapy group and the comparison group, the former has a favorable curative effect on ischemic angina pectoris. Conclusion Shenmai injection is considered as an effective drug to cure angina pectoris.
