摘要
目的 探讨参附注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 将 6 0例患者随机分为2组 :治疗组予参附注射液 4 0mL加 5 %葡萄糖液 5 0 0mL静滴 ,对照组予极化液静点。 2组均每天 1次 ,连用 10d。结果 治疗组临床总有效率和心电图总有效率明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组治疗前后心电图 12导联中ST段下降导联数及ST段压低数值总和均有明显改善 ,心率、平均动脉压均无明显变化。结论 参附注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效好 。
Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of Shenfu injection on stable angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were transfused with Shenfu injection 40 mL in 5% glucose 500 mL. The other 30 cases in control group were transfused with polarization liquid. Both groups were treated once a day and for 10 days.Results The total clinical effective rate and the total electrocardiogram effective rate in treatment group were obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The total numbers of leads in which the ST segment was falled and the total sum of the depression of the ST segment of ECG were both improved obviously in treatment group. The heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure hadn't obviously change in treatment group. Conclusion Shenfu injection has good curative effect and less side-effect on stable angina pectoris.
