介绍了永川豆豉原产地特征、工艺流程及产品品质,指出了该产品在实施原产地保护工作中存在的主要问题和解决的有效途径。
Characteristics of original production area, process technique flow and product quality of Yongchuang douchi were introduced in this paper. The main problem in protecting its original production area and the effective method to solve the problem were put forwarded.
