摘要
选用17个具有代表性的南瓜自交系,采用顶交法测定了各个自交系单果重、糖含量的一般配合力和11个杂交组合的杂种优势。结果表明,在17个南瓜自交系中,单果重一般配合力最高的是129,糖含量一般配合力最高的是053。在11个杂交组合中,单果重杂优指数和中亲优势最高的是129×031,糖含量杂优指数和中亲优势最高的是053×321,南瓜单果重的杂种优势非常明显,但糖含量的杂种优势并不明显,有时甚至是负值。
GCA and heterosis of different hybrids were studied by top-cross for seventeen pumpkin inbred lines. The results showed that weight of single fruit GCA of 129 and Sugar content GCA of 053 are highest in seventeen pumpkin inbred lines. 129×031 has highest index of heterosis and relative heterosis in eleven hybrids. The weight of single fruit heterosis of pumpkin is outstanding, hut sugar content heterosis of pumpkin is not outstanding, even negative result.
