南瓜自交系农艺性状的相关及聚类分析 被引量:12

Correlation and Cluster Analysis on Agriculture Traits of Pumpkin Inbred Lines

摘要 对46个南瓜(Cucurbita L.)自交系的16个农艺性状进行了田间调查和相关分析,并用系统聚类法进行了聚类分析。结果表明,在南瓜农艺性状中,生长势、雌花间隔、单瓜重、果实纵径的变异系数达到了35%及以上,而蔓粗、节间长、叶柄长、可溶性固形物含量的变异系数在20%及以下,其中以果实纵径的变异系数最大,为41%,蔓粗的变异系数最小,仅为10%。除单瓜种子数外,被调查的15个农艺性状间均存在显著或极显著的相关关系,其中与果实经济性状有关的相关关系分别是:生长势与蔓粗、单瓜重呈极显著正相关,与第一雌花节位、叶柄长、果实横径、果肉厚、熟后质地呈显著正相关;第一雌花节位与雌花间隔、蔓粗、单瓜重呈极显著正相关,与叶柄长呈显著正相关;雌花间隔与叶柄长呈极显著正相关,与单瓜重呈显著正相关,与果肉面度呈显著负相关;蔓粗与单瓜重、果肉厚、熟后质地呈极显著正相关,与叶柄长、果实横径呈显著正相关,与果肉甜度呈显著负相关;叶柄长与果实纵径呈极显著正相关,与可溶性固形物含量呈极显著负相关,与单瓜重呈显著正相关,与果肉甜度、果肉面度呈显著负相关。46个南瓜自交系的遗传距离变异范围在1.81~6.08之间。从遗传距离看,自交系321和321哑铃的遗传差异最小,自交系云4和391-1的遗传差异最大。当以遗传距离为4.85来划分,可将46个南瓜自交系分为4类。 Field investigation,correlation analysis as well as cluster analysis of 16 agronomic traits of 46 pumpkin(Cucurbita L.) inbred lines were conducted.Results showed that of the pumpkin agronomic traits,the variation coefficient of growth vigor,female flowers interval,single fruit weight and fruit longitudinal diameter was 35% or above,while of fruit type,stem diameter,internode length,petiole length,and soluble solids content was 20% or below,among which the variation coefficient of fruit longitudinal diameter was the maximum(41%),of stem diameter was the smallest(10%).Apart from seed number per fruit,the surveyed 15 agronomic traits were significantly or very significantly correlated,correlation related to fruit economic characteristics were,growth vigor was very significantly positively correlated with stem diameter and weight per fruit,and significantly positively correlated with node of the first female flower,petiole length,fruit transverse diameter,thickness of flesh and ripe texture.Node of the first female flower was very significantly positively correlated with female flowers interval,stem diameter and weight per fruit,and significantly positively correlated with petiole length.The female flowers interval was very significantly positively correlated with petiole length,significantly positively correlated with weight per fruit,significantly negatively correlated with flesh taste.Stem diameter was very significantly positively correlated with weight per fruit,thickness of flesh and ripe texture,significantly positively correlated with petiole length and fruit transverse diameter,significantly negatively correlated with flesh taste.Petiole length was very significantly positively correlated with fruit longitudinal diameter,very significantly negatively correlated with soluble solid content,significantly positively correlated with weight per fruit;and degree of fruit flesh,significantly negatively correlated with flesh sweetness and taste.The genetic distance of 46 pumpkin inbred lines was 1.81~6
