摘要
目的:制备槲皮素β-环糊精及羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物并对其加以鉴定。方法:分别以溶液搅拌法和有机溶剂挥发法制备槲皮素包合物;用相溶解度法判断槲皮素与β-CYD、HP-β-CYD形成包合物的摩尔比;并借助红外扫描法对包合物进行鉴定。结果:通过对两种制备方法的载药量进行比较,最后采用有机溶剂挥发法得到浅黄色疏松固体。经IR扫描发现:包合物已经形成;槲皮素与β-CYD、HP-β-CYD形成包合物的摩尔比1:1;槲皮素HP-β-CYD包合物能明显增加槲皮素在水中的溶解度。结论:包合后,槲皮素与环糊精形成新相,且溶解度有所提高。
Objective: To prepare the inclusion compound of quercetin - hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin ( HP - β - CYD ) or quercetin-β-cyclodextrin (β-CYD) and identify them. Method: Those inclusion compounds were comfirmed by Solution Stirring method or Solvent Evaporation methods, respectively. Result: They were identified by IR absorption spectroscopy, those inclusion compounds were formed. The content analysis of the inclusion compound showed that the molecular ratio of quercetin to HP-β-CYD or β-CYD was 1 : 1. The solubility of quercetin was increased from 0.028 mg·ml^ -1 to 2. 217 mg·ml^-1, when the drug is included by HP-β-CYD. Conclusion: A new physical phase forms between quercetin and HP-β-CYD or β-CYD, the solubility in water of quercetin can be increased.
