摘要
目的:探讨LEJOUR方法乳房肥大缩小手术的临床效果。方法:按照LEJOUR方法的设计,切除乳房多余腺体后将其固定于第二肋间胸肌筋膜上,并将剩下的腺体重新塑形;将乳房下极的皮瓣修薄。结果:共24例乳房肥大病人,手术后除1例出现单侧乳头感觉缺失外没有其他并发症,乳房外形满意。结论:LEJOUR方法是一种比较好的乳房肥大缩小手术方法。
Objective to ascertain the clinical effect of Lejour＇s procedure in reductive mammaplasty. Methods Lejour＇s procedure was performed in 24 cases with breast hypertrophy. After deepithelializing on superior areolar nipple pedicle, removing the skin and elevating the skin flaps on the low hemisphere of the breast, and resecting the hypertrophic parenchymal tissue, the residual part of the breast were suspended to the fascia of pectoral muscles on second rib area and reshaped the breast mound. Results All 24 patients with breast hypertrophy were satisfactory with the symmetries and aesthetic scars after Lejour＇s operation. There was only one case with loss of sensation on one side of lateral part of breast. Conclusion Lejour＇s procedure offers us a useful technique to achieve good cosmetic outcome in breast reduction with vertical scar.
