摘要
目的:探讨真皮下血管网在乳房肥大及乳房下垂整形术中的意义。方法:用乳房真皮下血管网及不同部位蒂,对肥大及下垂的乳房进行缩小,并重新塑形。结果:29例求治者术后效果满意,双侧乳房对称、丰满、呈半球形,感觉良好,大小适中,术前症状消失。结论:真皮下血管网在乳房肥大及下垂的整形术中对乳房的血供及感觉良好具有重要的使用。
Objective： To explore the significance of extravasclar fluid pathway under dermal in mamplasty. Method： With macromastia to reduce and remodel the enlarged breast mammaptosis and maoromastia pedide. Result： After operation the result satisfactory in 29 cases sensory, function. Conclusion：It was important in macramastia and mammaptosis.
