快速心房起搏对家兔心房肌细胞内钙离子浓度及L-型钙通道表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 房颤是临床常见的心律失常,但对房颤产生的具体机制缺乏统一的观点。尽管研究发现细胞内钙超载导致心房肌发生了电生理重构,引起房颤的发生和维持,但对房颤早期心房肌细胞内是否存在钙超载仍缺乏直接证据。本文通过建立兔的快速心房起搏(rapid atrial pacing,RAP)模型,检测不同时相点心房肌细胞内游离钙离子浓度和L-型钙离子通道的基因表达改变,为揭示房颤早期的电生理机制提供实验依据。
