摘要
测定了112名体检正常者(22-82岁)的糖化红细胞膜蛋白(GEMP)的含量,其数值呈良好的正态分布,正态分布检验D值力0.2776(P>0.20);参考正常值范围为63.11～72.94μmoI果糖/L(P=0.95)。对GEMP数值在此范围及超过其上限的两组糖尿病患者的心脏、肾脏、视网膜和周围神经病变情况以及老年患者听力减退等临床观察指标相比较,除心脏外其他各项指标差别均有显著性。
The glycosylated erythrocyte membrane proteins (GEMP) in 112 healthy subjects (22-84 years old) were determined. The results showed a normal distribution of GEMP value. The D value was 0. 2776(P>0. 20) after D test of normality. The normal range of GEMP was 63. 11-72. 94 μmol fructose/L (P= 95%). When clinical cardiovasculopathy, nephropathy, retinopathy,peripheral neuropathy and auditus reduction in the aged were compared between two groups of diabetic patients, one with normal and another with abnormal values of GEMP, the clinical indices, excepting cardiovasculopathy, were significantly different between the groups.
