摘要
本文首先提出在我国设计建设工程项目管理一体化合同的必要性,指出项目管理一体化合同结构设计的要求和原则,在此基础上设计出我国建设工程项目管理一体化合同的结构,并给出了菜单式的项目管理范围。建设工程项目管理一体化合同结构设计对规范我国建设工程项目管理行为,促进我国建设工程项目管理工作的一体化进程有积极的作用。
This paper firstly indicates the importance of the construction project management （PM） integrative contract design in china, and then points out the demands and principles of it. On this foundation, this paper designs the structure of PM integrative contract, and lists the PM range menu. PM integrative contract structure design will take active effect in regulating PM action and accelerating PM integrative process in our country.
