摘要
本文简要介绍了信息工程监理的概念和意义、信息工程监理行业在中国的发展,及其在通信行业中的应用;以典型的通信建设项目为案例,具体说明信息工程监理在通信工程中的地位,对确保通信工程的投资控制、质量控制、进度控制,以及合同管理和信息管理所起的作用;最后对通信工程监理行业现状和挑战提出了若干对策和建议。
This paper briefly introduces the conception ＆ meaning of the information engineering supervision, the development of the information engineering supervision industry, and the application on com- munication construction and engineering. Based on typical communication construction cases, it describes its position on the whole plx^cess, and the important function for insuring the investment control, quality control, process control, contract management and information management. It takes a further discussion about the supervision industry. This paper appeals to society for paying attention to the industry development and increasing the degree of attention to supervision.
