摘要
阐述引滦枢纽工程水价沿革情况,针对现行水价存在的弊端,分析供水价格与价值相背离的原因,提出加强政策研究,逐步调整供水价格;加强内部管理,降低供水成本;争取尽早实行“两部制”水价等措施。
Evolution of water price of Luanhe River Diversion Project is introduced.With regard to the existing shortcomings,causes for the deviation between water price and its value are analyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward: adjustment of water price;strengthening of internal management and decrease of water supply cost;early implementation of two-part water price,etc.
