高等学校发展要靠一支高素质、高水平的教师队伍,而建设一支高质量的教师队伍,必须采取积极措施。从学校自身发展、激励机制、环境建设等方面阐述稳定师资队伍的策略,促进学校教师队伍建设的整体发展。
The development of higher education institution depends on high -quality teaching staff, and the construction of high - quality teaching staff must adopt positive measures. The strategies of stabilizing teaching staff should be formulated from aspects of school self- development,encouraging mechanism and environmental ocnstruction to foster the development of the whole teaching staff in school.
