摘要
为了寻找影响浓相粉体给料器流化特性的关键因素,在自行设计的专用小型浓相粉体输送试验台上,考察了不同操作参数和结构参数对输送固气质量比和稳定给粉时间的影响,总结了各因素对流化质量的影响规律.在试验条件下,找到了最佳流化特性参数.通过灰色系统理论方法,分析了各参数对系统流化质量的影响程度.试验结果表明,对于平均输送固气质量比,流化风速的影响最大,搅拌棒提升高度的影响最小.对于系统稳定性,静止料层高度的影响最显著,而流化风速的影响较轻微.在权衡流化质量的基础上,粉体静止料层高度和出粉口相对高度的选取至为关键.
In order to look for the key factors governing fluidization characteristics in the dense phase pulverized powder feeder, the effects of the different operating conditions and the geometrical variables on the mass ratio of powder and gas and the stable conveying time of the system were investigated in the self-developed special dense phase powder conveying test-bed. The regularities of the different factors affecting the fluidization quality were summarized, and the optimal fluidizing parameters were obtained under the experiment condition. Based on the gray system theory, the influence degree of the different variables on the fluidization quality was analyzed. The results showed that the fluidization air velocity was the most important factor for the average mass ratio of powder and gas in the conveying, and that the least important was the agitator vertical height. For system stability, the influence of the static powder bed height was the most obvious, whereas the impact of the fluidization air velocity was slighter. Considering the fluidization quality of the system, proper selection of static powder bed height and powder outlet relative height was very critical.
